Wpwin8 exe has generated




















It seems to have started with the installation of Adobe Acrobat 5. When ever they go to close Word or Excel documents they get the error message "winword. None of the information they have entered is gone and until they close there is no problem. Once the task manager opens they can just close it and then the print window comes up. Sometimes the document will print and sometimes it will not. The OS does not seem to matter as two people are running windows 2k and 1 is running windows Also one is running office 97 pro and the others are office pro.

Like I said I think it has something to do with Adobe Acrobat but have tried to uninstall it and then re-install excel or word and the problem persists. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thank you. Need more help? Expand your skills. Get new features first.

Corel WordPerfect Version executable has stopped working. End Program - wpwin8. Tried everything on this Thread and WP8 still crashes after I remove the local admin rights. Power User privellages won't even suffice.

Upgrade is not an option. Anyone else have any suggestions? If upgrading is not an option, your alternatives are 1. Otherwise, you want to have your cake and eat it too it seems. If you are upgrading your OS I can appreciate that WP10 may not have any great texts written for it most likely becuase the software itself isn't that great , but geez I cannot imagine planning a network migration for that many PCs without budgeting for software upgrades!

It's like budgeting for a car with no wheels. The other major thing here is that version 8, unlike the newer versons since 9 SP4, I believe , does not use profiles as such to store settings. And do not let anyone tell you to simply rename the wp8us. This will bring over toolbars but screw up a bunch of other things and surpress many functions of The only success we ever had running version 8 on Win2k was by giving full rights to the users. It was the worst time in my life! EXE made an error, restart if the problems will remain.
